Though born in California, Tanya moved to Bay Shore at the age of three and has been deeply rooted in the South Shore lifestyle ever since. She has spent every summer of her life on Fire Island, where she now lives year-round with her husband, Mark, and their beloved Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever—named Clam. A graduate of the University of Denver, Tanya earned her degree in Marketing and Digital Media Studies while competing as a Division I lacrosse scholarship athlete. Today, she leverages her marketing expertise and competitive drive to create high-impact property campaigns. Through professional photography, lifestyle branding, and social media storytelling—including original coastal content, recipes, and photography, Tanya ensures every listing stands out.

Tanya is also deeply invested in the Fire Island community. She founded the “Got Dunes” fundraiser after Superstorm Sandy to support local rebuilding, and co-led the Jillian A. Metcalf Charitable Foundation from 2021 to 2024, awarding scholarships to Bay Shore and Islip students pursuing careers in nursing.
