I am a commercial real estate professional serving the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa region, specializing in land development, retail leasing, and strategic tenant placement. My work focuses on identifying high-potential sites and aligning them with the right mix of tenants, investors, and developers to maximize long-term value.
With a background of more than 15 years in sales, business development, and stakeholder engagement, I bring a results-driven approach to every project. Prior to transitioning into real estate, I built a strong foundation in negotiation, client relations, and data-driven decision-making, which now translates directly into structuring deals and navigating complex transactions.
I have experience working with property owners on site positioning, tenant targeting, and market strategy—particularly along key growth corridors such as Highway 20 in Yuba City. My focus includes attracting regional and national tenants, analyzing competitive landscapes, and helping clients understand what concepts will succeed in this market.
