Tarah Clarke joined Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC (MCI) in 2014 as Senior Marketing & Specialty Leasing Manager. In this role, Mrs. Clarke provides strategic direction on short term and long term department initiatives as well as guidance on innovative marketing, advertising, public relations and leasing strategies. She also oversees and directs the Marketing and Specialty Leasing program at West Oaks Mall, located in Ocoee, FL.
Mrs. Clarke began her career with PREIT and has more than fifteen years of solid experience in commercial real estate ranging from corporate marketing & branding, advertising and public relations management, retail market research, and contract/lease negotiations. Serving dual roles in Marketing and Sales departments, has provided her with a broad skill set and developed her into creative-thinking sales professional.
Mrs. Clarke is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and other professional groups in the metro Orlando, FL area. She is also an active member of many charitable organizations, including Variety -The Children’s Charity, where she has served on the board in both Philadelphia, PA and Orlando, FL.
