Tasha Kline is senior director of real estate for Greystar in the Southeast region, providing support and leadership for the Atlanta regional property managers. Tasha joined the Greystar team in 2007 and currently oversees operations for 20 assets and over 6,000 units throughout Georgia. Tasha has more than 10 years of successful property management experience for both third-party clients and private owner management. Her conventional and lease-up experience includes high-rise, mid-rise, mixed-use developments, REO, major capital and value-add projects, as well as affordable multifamily assets. She also has extensive acquisition, disposition, and due diligence experience. Tasha is a graduate of Atlanta’s American Intercontinental University and is pursuing a BBA in business economics at Georgia State University. She currently holds the ARM designation through IREM and is a CPM candidate with the IREM Georgia Chapter. Tasha is active with the Atlanta Apartment Association, currently serving on the education committee and previously serving on the membership committee.
