Mr. Carmona is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas. Mr. Carmona has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting with all types of real property since 2014. With experience in appraisals on various properties including medical offices, industrial buildings, subdivisions, office buildings, multi-family, vacant land, general retail, restaurants, etc. He has performed valuations for portfolio management, market studies, and litigation support purposes. Prior to joining IRR, Mr. Carmona was with JLL Valuation and Advisory Services and The Ambrose Group.
