Taylor Posey is a Senior Associate with the San Antonio industrial and land team at Stream Realty Partners, specializing in industrial leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales across the Greater San Antonio area. He advises both institutional and local ownership groups, as well as tenants and investors, on a wide range of industrial and land transactions throughout the market. Taylor currently leases more than 1.3 million square feet of industrial and flex space across multiple projects in San Antonio.
His experience includes project leasing, tenant advisory, land transactions, and industrial investment sales, providing clients with a strategic, market driven perspective on site selection, lease negotiations, and asset positioning. Taylor closely tracks market trends, vacancy, and pricing across San Antonio’s key industrial submarkets to help clients make informed real estate decisions and maximize value.
Taylor began his academic career at the U.S. Air Force Academy before earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.
