Taylor Spector is CenterCal Properties’ Chief of Staff based out of the corporate office in El Segundo, CA. Most recently, Taylor was a business consultant supporting several companies, including Sletten Construction. The majority of Taylor's consulting time was spent with Opya, an Autism therapy startup, where she drafted new processes, strategies, and reporting. From 2018-2020, Taylor was responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation for self-storage development projects throughout Southern California for Johnson Development Associates.
Taylor began her career at DaVita where she spent 7 years in the Los Angeles office running special projects for revenue operations, in addition to serving as Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Development. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University. Taylor enjoys sailing competitively and spending time with her husband and their golden retriever in Manhattan Beach.
