TC Bartoszek joined Lee & Associates in January 2021 as part of The Retail Advantage team, after six years with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he served as managing director of Retail in the company’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Mr. Bartoszek is responsible for the sale and leasing of retail properties throughout the Cincinnati area. He works extensively with owners to fill small and large space vacancies and clients to find spaces that fit their needs.
He started his real estate career with The Everest Group, Inc. where he was responsible for the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market.
