Ted Ent is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as President and CEO of Innisfree Hotels. Starting his career as a pot washer at a state park, Ted worked his way up through leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, Canyon Ranch Resorts & Health Spas, and as President & COO of MH Hospitality before joining Innisfree in 2018.
His leadership philosophy—“focus on the people first, and product will follow”—guides his approach to building strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ted has been a featured speaker at major industry conferences, including NYU Hotel Investment Conference and ALIS, and has lectured at hospitality schools such as UNLV and Penn State.
