Ted Thilman, Co-Founder and Principal of Rockwell Partners, is responsible for overseeing the firm’s property management and investment businesses. Mr. Thilman focuses on the stabilization of underperforming properties and loans for clients and financial institutions. Since 2007 he has been responsible for more than 100 receivership assignments throughout the Midwest. Prior to Rockwell, Thilman was an Associate at M3 Capital Partners, an investment bank that specializes in raising institutional capital for real estate operators globally.
