Bio
Ted Tobiasz serves as BKM’s Director of Asset Management. In this capacity, Ted assumes the crucial responsibility of developing BKM’s leasing and management strategies, as well as oversight of all daily management and compliance issues across the portfolio. In addition, he also leads the monitoring and reporting of asset operations and financial performance, ensuring proper execution of capital budgets and asset business plans.
Ted brings more than 16 years of strategic acquisition, financing, asset management, construction management, leasing, disposition, underwriting, and due diligence experience to BKM. He has transacted leases in markets across the western United States, overseen capital projects, including property repositioning’s and tenant improvements, and managed more than 30 million square feet of single and multi-tenant industrial real estate.
