Teddy joined Rubenstein in 2022. As a Property Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the property management and operations for 600 Washington and Shippan Landing both located in Stamford CT.
Prior to Rubenstein Partners, Teddy worked at Vision Management overseeing their CT portfolio consisting of both office and light industrial warehouse assets measuring at over 1.5 million sqft. of space throughout the portfolio. Teddy attended UCONN’s General Studies program with a concentration in Political Science.
He is a proud member of the Stamford Partnership Board of Directors, The Stamford Downtown Board of Directors, and Stamford Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
