Bio
Teresa Bailey-Weirich brings four decades of commercial real estate experience to every transaction — a career spanning brokerage, institutional asset management, and corporate market planning across Texas and core markets nationwide.
As a Commercial, Land and Ranch Associate Broker with Browning Commercial, Teresa and her partner, Lisa Grove, build a tailored bench of talent around the needs of each buyer and seller. Their process is defined by depth: rigorous market, submarket, and site-specific analysis; critical due diligence front-loaded before decisions are made; and pricing and marketing strategies curated to tell the compelling story of each opportunity. Many of their transactions never reach the open market — a reflection of deep, long-standing relationships across the commercial and landowner community.
Before returning to brokerage, Teresa held executive positions at some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. As Senior Vice President and Senior Director at Capital One, she led market planning and execution for a retail network of more than 370 branches across the South Central Region. At KeyBank, she directed relationship management for Real Estate Solutions across a national footprint, delivering $40 million in annual savings two years ahead of plan. At Wachovia, she guided the strategy, site selection, and delivery of more than 120 new retail branches during the bank’s Texas and California expansion. Earlier, as Vice President and Asset Manager at JPMorgan Chase and Senior Property and Facilities Manager at PM Realty Group, she managed institutional portfolios exceeding two million square feet for clients including Prudential, MetLife, Bank of America, and the Irvine Corporation.
In all, Teresa has been a key contributor to more than $800 million in commercial transactions as a broker, asset manager, and market planner. She is a licensed Texas real estate broker and holds the FMA and RPA designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute, where she also served as a certified instructor and contributing course editor. She earned her B.S. from the University of Houston with additional graduate business coursework at the University of St. Thomas.
