With 21 years in real estate and 1,304 properties closed totaling $343 million in career sales volume, Teresa leads with heart and treats every client like family. She began her career in 2005, founded The Realty Group in 2007 as a boutique brokerage, then launched the Lynchburg franchise of Keller Williams Realty in 2012, expanding offices throughout Greater Lynchburg, Amherst, Danville, Smith Mountain Lake, and Roanoke. In 2022, after growing KW to the number one brokerage in the market, she sold the franchise to focus exclusively on her Smith Mountain Lake team and luxury clientele. Today, nearly 75% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, supported by a database of over 20,000 qualified buyers. In 2025 alone, her team closed $39M+ across 97 properties.
