Teresa is responsible for all operational aspects of the company including the asset management of approximately 1 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties throughout southeastern Virginia. Prior to joining the company, she was employed with Goodman Segar Hogan, Inc., one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the southeast, working in the leasing and corporate arenas. In 2001, Teresa was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a former president of the local chapter. She also attended the University of Shopping Centers on the campus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Teresa is a graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Institute Class of 2008 and holds a real estate license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. On behalf of the City of Chesapeake, Teresa has served on the Economic Development Authority, Great Bridge Village District Citizens Advisory Committee, Design Guidelines & Implementation Strategies Committee, Moving Forward 2030 Comprehensive Plan, and Great Bridge Holiday Parade Committee.
