Using her 35 years of hospitality leadership, Teresa will develop a new role to support the growth of the Yedla Hotel portfolio. Focused on strengthening Yedla teams with dedicated recruiting and team member development programs, she will be positioning their teams for planned, purposeful growth. As Vice President, Culture & Engagement, she will also continue building partnerships with industry and community partners that promote hospitality workforce development and align with Yedla Cares fundraising and volunteer initiatives.
