Terri specializes in tenant representation throughout Los Angeles. Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, she started her real estate career at Stone-Miller in 2018 and has represented local and national tenants in a wide array of industries including law, finance, entertainment, medical, and manufacturing. Terri uses her market knowledge to represent her clients in site selection, lease negotiations, lease renewals, and workplace strategy optimization. Driven by her determination and passion for achieving client satisfaction, she works diligently to provide commercial tenants with first-rate results.
Terri was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Anthropology. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and doing outdoor activities.
