Terry Armstrong serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for Elberon's commercial real estate portfolio. Terry oversees day-to-day leasing activities for Elberon's existing tenant base as well as any vacancies within the portfolio. Terry is also tasked with sourcing acquisition opportunities to support the growth of Elberon's approximate 3 million square foot portfolio.
Terry joined Elberon Development Group in 2013 following twelve years as a commercial real estate broker. Prior to joining Elberon, Terry held the position of Vice President at Lee & Associates New Jersey. He also held the position of Vice President at Grubb & Ellis where he earned the distinction of being recognized by Real Estate New Jersey as one of New Jersey's top 40 brokers under the age of 40. Terry began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in 2002.
Terry holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License. He currently serves as a board member for NAIOP-NJ, is an active member of SIOR and IOREBA, and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce.
