Our team focuses on developing and executing lease and lease renewal strategies for technology companies, and can take care of every stage of a company's real estate life cycle. We provide everything from planning and transaction resources to extensive occupancy services, and we can do this for any location worldwide. Our services scale easily to meet the needs of the nimble start up, a global Fortune 500, and every company in between!
Terry is the primary client relationship manager and is the team’s negotiation lead. He serves as the tenant/landlord interface and leads global & national leasing efforts. He excels at balancing client requirements and team bandwidth, lending itself to an effective and efficient portfolio engagement.
Terry is a native of Santa Clara County where he graduated from Los Altos High School. After graduating from California State University Long Beach with a BS degree in Business, he travelled around the world with a backpack for 18 months visiting over 35 countries. Terry is an avid golfer and is an active member at Almaden Country Club. He is also a serious skier who logs thousands of vertical feet every year. He loves to cook and is a self-proclaimed wine expert. Terry lives with his wife Barbie and two sons Jack and Henry in Los Gatos.
