I grew up in the bay area and have spent over 40 years in the Morgan Hill and Gilroy area of Silicon Valley. I am married to Tom, who was born in San Jose and grew up right here in Morgan Hill. We have proudly raised our daughter, Jennifer, from Paradise Elementary School to graduation from San Jose State. She and her husband, Justin, have blessed us with two beautiful granddaughters; Ella Vaughn and Taylor Rae!
I have immersed myself within my community’s local charities and civic activities. In addition; I am Founder and President of AirForPaws, Inc., a non-profit organization which honors all of our animal companions by helping to equip fire/rescue agencies and first responders with animal resuscitation kits.
