Terry Thomas joined QuadReal in September 2025. In his roles as Executive Vice President, Self Storage, QuadReal and President, Maple Leaf Self Storage, he leads the strategic direction of QuadReal’s self storage platform. Terry is responsible for driving innovation, operational excellence, and value under the Maple Leaf Self Storage brand.
He brings extensive leadership experience across operations, real estate, and supply chain management to the organization. Previously, Terry was Chief Executive Officer at Make Space and held senior roles at First West Credit Union, Hudson’s Bay Company, Brinks, and Coca-Cola.
Terry holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University, as well as CPA and P.Log designations.
