Tessa is part of the Ottawa Office Leasing Team at CBRE along with her colleagues Dominic Dostie, Vice President and David Glick-Stal, Sales Representative.
Tessa focuses on assisting office occupiers within the Technology Sector here in Ottawa that includes; software, life sciences, digital media, communications technology, clean technologies and aerospace, defence and security. Tessa is proud to be leading the CBRE and Invest Ottawa partnership where she enjoys working with startups as well as established companies.
Tessa strives to provides service excellence and support to institutional investors continually reporting on current tenants in the market, recent deal transactions and trends in commercial real estate. The power of this market knowledge and depth is used to the advantage of the office occupiers that Tessa and her team represent to uncover the best real estate solutions in the marketplace unique to each user.
Tessa graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Accounting with Honours and completed an International Exchange Program at the University of South Australia. Prior to CBRE, Tessa worked at the City of Ottawa and gained expertise in the City’s zoning code, creating RFPs and navigating municipal avenues with a focus on project management, finance and communications.
