Bio
Theo Stamolis joins CBRE as an investment Sales Associate. He joins the Private Capital Advisory Consulting Team focusing on disposition and acquisition of industrial properties as well as development sites for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining CBRE, Theo attended the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where he majored in Finance. He was also a member of the Finance Club and the Real Estate Club, graduating in May 2025. He has also dedicated time and support to important charities including the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.
Theo also held several internships while attending Cox that included Lincoln Property Company, JLL, and Montgomery Street Partners. He attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles and, despite being born and raised there, has adapted well to life in Texas.
Theo prides himself on being resourceful and finding new and innovative ways to support clients, serving their interests above all else.
