Bio
Ted continues the strong leadership founded by his father through his extensive experience in the real estate sector as both an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and as a former Vice President and Director of Property Management with the Lomas Santa Fe Group. His background includes private equity as an associate with the Morgan Stanley (European) Private Equity Fund (MSREF). As such, Mr. Gildred possesses in-depth experience in valuation, structuring and financing of prospective acquisition portfolios along with REIT M&A transactions. Ted holds a B.A. in History from Stanford University and an MBA in International Business and Finance from Columbia University. He subsequently joined the Lomas Santa Fe Group as Executive Vice-President and then as President.
