Thera originally received her Real Estate license in 1977 in San Jose. Thera moved to Sonoma County in 1979 and have sold land, investments and homes to many over the years.
Thera created a Vacation Home Rental Management Company, Bodega Bay & Beyond in 1992 and now manages approximately 80 homes along the Sonoma Coast.
