Theresa Carnes joined TRIO Commercial Property Group with a strong analytical background. After earning a master’s degree in public health, with a concentration in biostatistics, from Kent State University, Theresa performed quantitative analysis on cutting edge cardiovascular research at the world renown Cleveland Clinic. Upon arriving to the derby city, Theresa played a critical role in launching the new graduate program in advanced analytics at that institution. Becoming fascinated with property and investments, commercial real estate became a natural fit, and she has carved a niche within the highly collaborative sales team at TRIO. She has worked with clients such as AT&T, Joella’s Hot Chicken, and Club Pilates. Theresa’s unwavering attention to individual client needs, thorough follow up, and exacting attention to detail ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from contact to closing.
