I spend 18 years in the homebuilding and land development industry. In 2008, with the housing slowdown, I took a complete turn and went into online retail. I am now also the owner of a successful online clothing retail company but I longed to get back into working with homes. I learned a lot from online retail that has helped me to know how to sell homes. I have more knowledge about selling online than the average realtor so I use that knowledge to make sure that my listings are seen by as many people as possible using social media and other online marketing.<br /><br />I have always wanted to be a home realtor because I absolutely love houses. While many realtors get bored with showings, I absolutely love them. My favorite part is not only to help someone find the home of their dreams but I love to envision what a house can become when it becomes their home. Every home has a personality and I love to match the home with the buyer.
