Since 1996, Theresa has been assisting buyers and sellers to make their real estate dreams become a reality. Theresa specializes in corporate relocation and new construction, and has experience with builder representation, luxury properties, and first-time homebuyer assistance. Having equal experience with buyers and sellers, Theresa utilizes impactful negotiating strategies in any transaction. Her years of experience allow her to offer insights and advantages that help her buyers win a home in this increasingly competitive market, and help sellers achieve the best possible financial outcome with the sale of their home.
Theresa also has supported and participated in numerous philanthropic pursuits, such as the Women Who Care network, Best Friends Animal Society, Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. Theresa loves doing just about anything recreational, particularly if it includes water. Theresa is an avid boater, and she enjoys long nature hikes with her pups, weightlifting, softball, kayaking and yoga.
