Therese Hotvedt brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate expertise to the Burnham Ward Properties team. She oversees Company Operations, project financing, compliance and the firm’s Property Management operations.
Her broad background offers the organization a full spectrum of real estate capabilities including finance, construction coordination, leasing and asset management. Her unique combination of talents allows her to effectively manage the team’s daily responsibilities and allows for effective communication between all departments.
She is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is involved in numerous charities and community organizations.
