Bio
Founder and Principal of Blackline Commercial Real Estate, a boutique industrial investment brokerage headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Blackline specializes in industrial investment sales, lease representation, and owner advisory across the Sanford, Seminole County, and I-4 corridor submarkets - including Longwood, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, and Lake Mary. Our focus is small bay and mid-bay industrial: the most supply-constrained, highest-occupancy segment in the Central Florida market.
Before founding Blackline, I spent over a decade at Colliers International leading investment sales across office, industrial, and flex assets. I've executed $450+ million in transactions, represented publicly-traded REITs including Realty Income (NYSE: O) and STORE Capital (NYSE: STOR), sourced off-market acquisitions for institutional buyers including Boyd Watterson Asset Management and CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW), and advised national firms including AAA on strategic real estate matters.
Blackline brings that institutional framework to private investors, family offices, and business owners - without the bureaucracy or conflicts that come with large platforms. Day-to-day work includes industrial investment sales and acquisitions, NNN lease negotiation, landlord and tenant representation, Broker Opinion of Value preparation, off-market deal sourcing, and submarket intelligence reporting across the Sanford and Seminole County industrial corridor.
Current market reports and deal insights are published at blacklinecre.com/insights.
