Thevin has directly managed dispositions on behalf of publicly-traded REITs, such as Realty Income (NYSE: $O) and STORE Capital (NYSE: $STOR). He has also directly consulted with national firms on their real estate holdings, such a AAA/ACG, and has sourced multiple off-market acquisitions for entities including Boyd Watterson Asset Management, SERAC Capital, and CoreCivic (NYSE: $CXW).
