Mr. Moraitis is committed to providing the highest level of expertise to create the most value for his clients. By building long-term relationships, he is able to continually advise clients on their best course of action so they can achieve their goals.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Thimy attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. It was during his time in Boulder where he found his passion for Real Estate that led him to pursue a career at Marcus &Millichap. He spends his free time playing hockey, skiing, and being with friends & family.
