Tom Brosseau has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years. He serves as Executive Vice President of Blue Star Commercial Real Estate, a Jerry Jones Company. Brosseau is responsible for generating and managing new tenant representative accounts and corporate build to suit assignments with Blue Star’s national platform. While completing assignments across the United States, Blue Star’s research team provides real time market knowledge for the benefit of its clients.
Brosseau is considered highly proficient in complex lease negotiations, project feasibility, property valuation and the management of sale/leaseback transactions. He has negotiated sale/leasebacks and build-to-suits across the United States ranging from 42,000-100,000 square feet.
