Thomas specializes in assisting both local and national companies with all aspects of their real estate requirements, strategies and implementations. His focus is on providing advisory services to his clients for disposition and acquisition of industrial, office/flex, and build-to-suit construction, as well as investment sales of industrial properties. Thomas has expertise is in lease negotiations and restructuring, site selection consulting including labor and incentive analysis, and logistical planning. Through his skill set and market knowledge, he is able to drive cost out of transactions and save his clients critical time and capital as well as offering them protection against future liability.
Thomas employs a team approach to real estate assignments and by leveraging the team’s specific talents and abilities; the assignment is fulfilled to our client’s ultimate satisfaction. At the core of this approach is relationships built on loyalty, hard work and service. Last year, Thomas and the Lee & Associates Industrial Service Group negotiated 169 deals totaling over six million square feet with a transaction volume of over $158 million.
Thomas is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as well as a member of the National Lee & Associates Supply Chain and Logistics Group. He is a native Atlantan and lives in Vinings. Thomas attends Peachtree Presbyterian Church and enjoys music, reading, golf and spending time with his friends and family.
