I specialize in industrial, land, and investment real estate as a Principal. I have built a multi-decade career in the industrial and commercial real estate industry, developing additional expertise in coastal and inland ports, 3PL, bulk commodities, intermodal logistics, land acquisition, and investment sales.
Most of my experience has been in the tri-county area of Charleston, but I also have multi-market experience through client work in Georgia, North Carolina, and other parts of South Carolina outside the tri-county area, particularly Dillon and Orangeburg. I have strong market knowledge of Charleston and particularly enjoy working in industrial, land, and investment sales.
