Thomas F. Campenni has more than 35 years of experience as a broker. He is licensed in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Tom started at Barhite and Holzinger, a New York City firm that manages large commercial and residential properties as well as the conversion of rental buildings to cooperative status. Later, he formed the Robert Thomas Company. This company specializes in managing commercial and residential properties and has a portfolio of over 100 New York and New Jersey properties. Since 1992, Tom’s focus is to work with a smaller client base to provide individualized service that results in greater return for his clients and consequently, greater client satisfaction. Tom also holds insurance licenses in New York and Florida. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member and Certified Property Manager designations.
