Thomas is passionate about the tangible affects development can have on people’s lives and livelihoods and enjoys nothing more than seeing a project through to completion.
Following obtaining his degree in Planning and Property Development at Nottingham Trent University, Thomas went on to work in other areas of the industry including a spell in New York city before moving to Clowes Developments in 2016. Focusing on the strategic land and planning side of the business during much of his tenure, this encompassed a broad range of residential schemes along with the acquisition and promotion of large scale sites such as the halo scheme for Clowes Developments, Fairham.
As of August 2023 Thomas now heads up the business as Managing Director.
