Thomas Freeland has joined the Brooklyn office as an Associate. He will be working alongside Director of Sales Stephen Palmese focusing on Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, Fort Greene and Prospect Heights.
Thomas comes to Massey Knakal from Middlefork Commercial, a full-service real estate company located in Phoenix, Arizona. At Middlefork Commercial, Thomas secured new tenant representation leads, facilitated the marketing and leasing of properties, managed CoStar, LoopNet and Constant Contact accounts and acted as a point person for proposals and presentations.
As Operations Manager at BMSS, Thomas assisted the CEO in managing daily operations including hiring and training new employees. Additionally, Thomas worked at the Kumon Learning Center for five years. As a Manager, Thomas was responsible for assisting the Kumon Instructor in the overall operation of the center, student instruction, lesson planning, parent communication and the training of new employees.
Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. After graduation he attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona.
