Tom Fuge, Managing Director of Real Estate, joined CarrAmerica in 2020 and now leads Carr Real Estate Services (CRES) while also assisting with Preferred Office Network (PON). Prior to joining CarrAmerica, Tom oversaw the DC office for a national third-party brokerage and real estate technology firm. He has completed over 250 leasing transactions, totaling more than 1.5 million square feet and $700 million in aggregate lease value. Tom holds an MBA with a certificate in walkable urban development from George Washington University and a BA in Finance from the University of Vermont. He currently lives in Chevy Chase, MD, with his wife and two daughters.
