Thomas's responsibilities include renewal transactions with existing tenants and supporting lease negotiations. Additionally, he is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, tenant relations, and supporting asset management and repositioning initiatives. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Henderson was an Associate at George Comfort & Sons, Inc where he worked in both landlord and tenant agency, as well as handling all marketing responsibilities. Mr. Henderson received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Economics from the University of Miami’s Business School.
