Thomas Jacob is the Managing Director of a private investment firm with interests in real estate, hospitality, and alternative assets across North America. He leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital allocation, and operating performance, with a focus on building resilient platforms and compounding long-term value.
An experienced investor and entrepreneur, Thomas has founded and backed companies in healthcare, renewable energy, consumer, and technology sectors. He is an active investor in Braxia Health, a growing Canadian healthcare platform, and co-founder of Sunly Energy, one of Canada’s leading renewable energy firms.
His approach blends private equity discipline with an entrepreneurial mindset, grounded in partnership, stewardship, and thoughtful risk-taking. He believes in building enduring enterprises that create value for both investors and communities.
Thomas is a QuantumShift Fellow from the Ivey Business School, is completing the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, and is a member of YPO.
