Thomas J. Kehoe, Jr. is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advises clients on complex commercial real estate opportunities across New York City and other major U.S. markets. Drawing on a diverse background spanning real estate, finance, business development, law, and public affairs, he provides strategic guidance to occupiers, investors, and organizations seeking innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Global Advisors and previously led Kingsbridge Strategies as President. His career also includes leadership roles with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Sonobi, and several entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a unique perspective on investment, corporate growth, and market strategy.
In addition to his private-sector experience, Tom served for more than two decades as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain and completing deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military service has fueled an ongoing commitment to veteran advocacy, including advisory board roles with organizations such as the Concussion Legacy Foundation and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA).
Tom earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fordham University. He is recognized for his leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to bridge relationships across business, government, and community organizations.
