Thomas W. Kienzle, Jr., Senior Vice President, is a commercial property management executive with over 40 years of experience managing all forms of commercial real estate. Tom manages mixed-use properties and oversees the delivery of facilities management and project management services. His industry expertise encompasses real estate development, strategic planning, acquisitions, management, and valuation.
Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota. He holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker. He also served as a former board director of the Chicago Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
