Tom Kopatich joined Marcus & Millichap at the beginning of 2011. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. His primary focus is on the office and industrial markets for the upper Midwest.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kopatich honed his expertise handling corporate accounts for another national brokerage in Milwaukee. He was responsible for handling, acquisition, disposition, and sale lease back strategies for corporate clients throughout the country and abroad.
