Thomas owned and operated West Side Properties in Manhattan, specializing in the sale of luxury condominiums, cooperative apartments, and brownstones. Broker/President of Coastal Network Realty Corp., specializing in investment sales, leasing, repositioning of commercial assets in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, NY, and northern NJ.
Thomas also held the position of Real Estate Director for Daibes Enterprises. This real estate development company owned and operated a portfolio over one million square feet, continuing to Managing Director at Winick Realty Group.
