Thomas LiPuma joined Milbrook in 2003 through his relationship with Gary Kahn. Over the last 17 years, he has focused on acquisitions, financing, leasing, and portfolio analysis. As part of Milbrook’s executive team, Tom has contributed to the powerful growth of the NY, NJ, and FL portfolio. He has been integral to the successful completion of the acquisition and disposition of over 30 assets. Tom earned a Master in Business Administration from Iona College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. Tom is a member of ICSC and the NY Developers organization.
