Thomas Metz serves as an Assoicate in the Office leasing division at Stream’s Houston branch.
Prior to joining Stream, Thomas gained valuable experience during his internship at Phelan Development Company in Southern California. This role provided him with a foundational understanding of the real estate industry, enhancing his analytical skills and market knowledge.
Thomas attended Southern Methodist University as an Economics major with financial applications, where he was a member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate. In his free time, Thomas enjoys hunting and spending time with friends and family.
