Thomas Niewohner is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of Vision Commercial Development. He is directly involved in the land acquisition of new properties for development as well as overseeing the entitlement process including land planning and engineering. He has a keen ability for dealing with the difficult and complicated process of residential development.
Mr. Niewohner is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He lives in Castle Pines, Colorado with his two children Cole and Reed.
