As Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions at Clear Height Properties, Tom Seurynck takes the lead in sourcing and executing the closing of new acquisitions, as well as evaluating current properties, determining how to best enhance various assets’ value, and timing their disposition.
Over his career of 25+ years, Tom has been a senior manager in financial services at Regency Centers, where he analyzed acquisition and development opportunities in the central US and assisted in asset management, leases, and dispositions. He also served as vice president of acquisitions and due diligence for Pine Tress Commercial Real Estate and worked with Marcus & Millichap and Wrightwood Capital.
Tom has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago.
