Thomas Shavlan joined NAI Robert Lynn in July 2025 as a Market Director with the Industrial Division. Thomas is responsible for industrial transactions throughout the North Houston area.
As a Market Director, Thomas is responsible for analyzing market trends to identify the growing needs of prospective clients and devise strategic leasing and purchasing opportunities. Additionally, Thomas is also responsible for staying up to date on upcoming market availabilities and transactions, ensuring he meets the specific requirements of both owners and tenants.
Thomas is a Houston native and Texas A&M graduate with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics (Finance and Real Estate concentration), graduating Cum Laude. Through multiple internships and on-campus leadership as a member of Kappa Alpha Order, he has gained valuable exposure to the commercial real estate industry. He is eager to apply his foundation in finance and real estate analytics to a dynamic role in CRE development or investment.
